粗酚基苯并噁嗪树脂预聚体的制备、固化及性质分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 以工业粗酚、多聚甲醛及聚醚胺作为起始原料,通过无催化的Mannich反应,在温和条件下合成出一种新型的苯并噁嗪树脂预聚体。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(~1 H-NMR)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)对上述苯并噁嗪树脂预聚体的化学结构和固化过程进行了研究。对固化后树脂的弯曲及拉伸等机械性能进行了检测。结果表明:树脂预聚体在185℃开始固化,固化后树脂具有近乎为零的体积收缩率、良好的抗溶蚀性及低吸水率,弯曲强度达92.71MPa,拉伸强度达25.79MPa。 Industrial crude phenol,paraformaldehyde and polyether amine were utilized as raw materials to synthesize a type of benzoxazine prepolymer via catalyst-free mannich reaction under mild condition.The chemical structure and curing process of this prepolymer were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1 H-NMR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analyses.The mechanical properties of resin were characterized by bending and tensile tests.Results revealed that the curing of this prepolymer started at ~185℃ ,and the resultant thermosetting resin illustrated almost zero volume shrinkage,good solvent corrosion resistance and low water absorption capability.The bending and tensile strength of resin reached ~92.71 MPa and ~25.79 MPa,respectively.
