摘要
保罗·弗莱雷和马尔科姆·诺尔斯作为20世纪享誉世界的成人教育思想家,其成人教育思想的影响力波及全球,并对许多国家的成人教育事业发展产生深远影响。基于此,采用文献分析法,对弗莱雷和诺尔斯的著作进行深入剖析,从思想来源、教育性质、教育目的、教学方法以及师生关系等角度进行比较,从中揭示并分析二者在理论层面及实践领域的异同点,进而对我国成人教育领域的发展提供一定的理论意义与实践价值。
Freire and Knowles, as the adult education thinkers of the 20th century, have influenced the influence of adult education on the whole world and have had a profound impact on the development of adult education in many countries. Based on this, using the method of literature analysis on Freire and Knowles's works in-depth analysis, this paper compares them from the sources of thought, the nature of education, the purpose of education, the teaching methods and the relationship between teachers and students, reveals and analyzes the two theories level and practiee areas of the similarities and differences, and then provides a certain theoretical significance and practical value to China's adult education in the field of development.
