摘要
赞比亚谦比希铜矿使用大型无轨设备开采,巷道和进路式采场断面大。为发挥大型无轨设备的高效优势,客观要求增大巷道掘进循环进尺。通过改造凿岩台车推进梁、配套加长钻杆,增加了钻孔深度,经过钻爆参数优化试验,增加了掘进循环进尺。介绍了台车推进梁延长钻杆改造,钻爆参数优化试验及在井下巷道掘进中的应用情况,分析了增加巷道掘进循环进尺产生的经济和社会效益,可为其它类似矿山巷道掘进提供借鉴。
In Chambishi Copper Mine in Zambia,large scale trackless equipments are used and the section size of roadway and stope is large.In order to exert the advantage of high efficiency of the large scale trackless equipments,increasement of advance per attack of roadway drivage is required.Deeper holes are drilled using longer drilling pipe by reforming the feed beam of drilling jumbo,the advance per attack of roadway drive is increased after driving blasting tests of optimization of drilling and blasting parameters.Feed beam reform of the drilling jumbo for longer drilling pipe to drill deeper blast holes,driving blasting tests of optimization of drilling and blasting parameters and application in underground roadway drivage are introduced.Its economic and society benefits are analyzed.This can provide references for roadway drivage using drilling jumbo in similar mines.
