钢筋套筒灌浆连接件受力性能试验研究 被引量:20

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF GROUT SLEEVE SPLICES OF REBARS

摘要 钢筋连接技术是影响预制装配式结构发展的重要因素之一。通过对26个套筒灌浆连接件的拉拔试验,研究其破坏过程和破坏形态,分析套筒材料、钢筋直径和锚固长度对筒壁应变的影响。研究表明:套筒灌浆连接件屈服台阶比钢筋的长,屈服强度和极限强度与钢筋没有明显差别,当钢筋应力相同时,钢制套筒筒壁应变值要比铸铁套筒的小。钢筋锚固长度增加,筒壁应变减小;钢筋直径增大,筒壁应变增大。 Reinforcement connection technology is one of the important factors that influences the development of precast structure. The paper presented the test results of twenty-six grouted sleeve splices under direct tensile load,the failure process and failure mode were studied,and the cylinder wall strain impacted by sleeve material,rebar diameter and anchorage length was analyzed. The results showed that the failure processes of the specimens were longer than the rebar's,while the yield strength and ultimate strength were similar to rebars'. The strain value of steel sleeve wall was less than that of the cast iron sleeve while the stress of rebars were the same. Meanwhile,the strain of the cylinder wall decreased with the increase of anchorage length,and the strain of the cylinder wall increased with the increase of rebar diameter.
