多层大跨度空腹夹层板结构施工支撑层数分析

ANALYSIS OF THE SUPPORT LAYER NUMBER OF MULTI-LAYER LONG-SPAN OPEN-WEB SANDWICH PLATE STRUCTURE

摘要 多层大跨度空腹夹层板结构具有较好的建筑功能及空间受力特性;但施工时其满堂脚手架需从首层连续布置至顶层,模板及脚手架用量大,施工成本高、工期长。以贵州省老干部活动设施改扩建项目为例,提出支撑体系在有限元中的等效方法,并通过对施工过程中楼层浇筑、支撑拆除等工况的分析,得到关于支撑层数以及拆模时间的一些建议。 The multi-layer long-span open-web sandwich plate structure has better construction function and space mechanical characteristics. However,the full hall scaffold should be constructed from the ground floor to the top continuously,which needed large consumption of formwork and scaffolding,higher construction cost and longer construction period. Taking the retired cadres facilities reconstruction project in Guizhou province as an example,an equivalent method for the supporting system in finite element model was put forward,and based on the analysis of working conditions such as floor in the process of casting and support removing,some suggetstions on support layer number and support demolition time were proposed.
