摘要
本文针对Φ16mm~Φ32mm的HRBF400细晶粒带肋钢筋剥肋滚轧直螺纹连接接头,分别从微观组织和力学性能两方面对接头进行研究。微观组织上,通过对滚轧螺纹加工前后的工件金相组织和维氏硬度进行分析,得出滚轧螺纹后钢筋表面强度对钢筋承载能力的贡献率。力学性能上,依据JGJ 107—2016标准,对接头进行静态和动态力学性能试验检测,结果证明该细晶粒带肋钢筋滚轧直螺纹连接接头达到了I级接头性能,并满足疲劳荷载下应用需求,为细晶粒带肋钢筋滚轧连接技术的推广积累了一定的试验数据和加工应用经验。
Based on rolling straight thread coupler for Φ16 mm - Φ32 mm HRBF400 ribbed rebar,two aspects of microstructure and mechanical properties of splicing are respectively studied.For microstructure,the microstructure and vickers hardness are analyzed for rolling thread before and after the processing of the workpiece,the increase rate for force-bearing capacity attributed to surface strength of rebar after rolling is given.For mechanical property,according to JGJ 107—2016,the tests of static and dynamic mechanical properties are made,and the results show that workpiece can reach I class,and meet the fatigue load application requirements,which provide test data and processing application experience in promotion of construction engineering for fine grain rebar splicing system.
