摘要 受外界环境影响,分布式光伏出力具有间歇性、波动性和不确定性,其分散、高渗透接入给配电网调控带来了高维数、高复杂度等问题,故提出面向分布式光伏虚拟集群的有源配电网多级调控。首先,提出虚拟集群概念,并基于社团理论提出适应调控目标变化的虚拟集群动态划分方法。然后,针对含高渗透分布式光伏配电网的运行特点和调控需求,具体研究包含全局优化调度级、集群趋优控制级、本地消纳控制级的多级调控模型与实现方法。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建仿真模型并进行算例分析,验证了所提调控方法可适应有源配电网运行状态变化,提高调度控制的快速性和有效性。 As the output power of distributed photovoltaic (PV) has the characteristics of intermittent, fluctuant and uncertain because of environmental impact, its dispersion and high-penetrating integration into distribution network has raised the problems of high dimension and high complexity. Thus a multi-level dispatching and control of active distribution network based on distributed PV virtual cluster is proposed. Firstly, the concept of virtual cluster is clarified, and a dynamic method for distributed PV virtual cluster partition based on community theory is proposed. Then considering the operation characteristics and control requirements of distribution network with high penetration of distributed PV, the specific studies of control model and implement method including global optimal scheduling, cluster optimal control strategy and local consumption control are given. Finally, a simulation model is built and a case study is analyzed in MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that the proposed method can adapt to the dynamic operating state of distribution network with high-penetrated distributed PV and improve the speed and efficiency of dispatching and control for distribution network.
