摘要
主要研究了以药食两用中药和玉米低聚肽为基础原料而开发的一款固体饮料的体外活性评价和护肝功能特性。分别采用还原Fe^(3+)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法测定了该固体饮料的总还原力和DPPH自由基的清除率,并且通过HepG2细胞脂肪变性模型考察了其促进甘油三酯代谢的能力,最后通过斑马鱼实验观察该产品对斑马鱼肝损伤保护作用。实验表明该产品具有很好的抗氧化能力,具有明显的调控脂质代谢的作用,同时对对乙酰氨基酚诱发的斑马鱼肝损伤有保护作用。
This paper mainly studied in vitro activity and zebrafish liver protection by " Taizhi" solid drink, which is developed based on edible Chinese herbals and corn oligopeptide. The antioxidant activity of this solid drink was determined by Fe3+ reducing power and DPPH free radical scavenging ability. The total triglyceride (TG) was used to evaluate the effect of the solid drink in free fatty acids (oleic acid and palmitic acid) induced steatosis in HepG2 ceils model. The liver protection was investigated via the zebrafish model of liver injury induced by acetamino- phen. The results showed that "Taizhi" solid drink had excellent ability of antioxidation, well controlled lipid metabo- lism, and good protection on the zebrafish liver injured by acetaminophen.
