摘要
南京金鹰广场T2塔楼核心筒内设置有1道伸臂桁架,而核心筒施工采用了钢柱筒架交替支撑式液压爬升整体钢平台模架体系,两者施工有交集。以此为例,介绍了模架体系过伸臂桁架层时的施工工艺方法。实践表明,整体钢平台模架体系结构适应性强,通过针对性改造,即可在立面上与桁架吊装实现协同施工,能有效满足复杂核心筒结构建造需求,无需分体组合,从而顺利解决了桁架层施工难题。
The core tube of Nanjing Golden Eagle World Plaza T2 tower is provided with an outrigger truss, a hydraulic climbing integral steel platform formwork system alternately supported by steel column and cylinder rack has been used for core tube construction. Both of these parts have the intersection part. Taking this as an example, the construction technology of such system passing over the outrigger truss layer is introduced in this paper. Practice shows that the integral steel platform formwork system structure is very adaptable, a collaborative construction can be carried out with the truss hoisting on the facade through targeted modification, which can effectively meet the construction requirements of complex core tube structure, without any separated combination, and can successfully resolve the construction problems in outrigger truss layer.
