摘要
云南香(格里拉)丽(江)高速公路塘安坪大桥需在冬季施工,而工程位于高海拔地区,冬季气温低、昼夜温差大,故混凝土的保温养生是桥梁施工质量的关键控制点。通过现场试验及对桥墩、盖梁、预制T梁冬季混凝土的保温效果进行监测,针对不同构件选择了相对经济、实用的保温养生方法,取得了良好的效果,为冬季混凝土桥梁施工积累了经验。
Tang'anping Bridge of Yunnan Shangri-La—Lijiang Expressway should be constructed in winter. Due to high altitude area, low winter temperature and large temperature difference between day and night, so the thermal insulation of concrete is the key control point of bridge construction quality. Through on-site tests and monitoring of the thermal insulation effects of the concrete on the piers, the bent caps and the prefabricated T-beams in winter, a relatively economical and practical thermal insulation method was selected according to the different components, which has gained a good effect and accumulated experience for the construction of the concrete bridge in winter.
