摘要
上海虹桥国际机场需在T1航站楼换乘大厅与轨交10号线车站之间建一条地下通道,但该地下通道恰好正交穿越T1航站楼楼前高架下引桥的正下方,因而需对下引桥4根立柱进行托换,同时还需保证高架桥正常运营。介绍了运营状态下的高架桥立柱托换施工方法、托换结构体系设计和优化、二次托换施工过程中的变形控制技术,并对托换实施效果进行了分析。监测数据显示,托换后的高架桥变形沉降值均在允许范围内,确保了高架桥的结构安全。
Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport needs to build an underground passage between the terminal transfer hall of T1 Terminal and the station of Metro Line 10, which is exactly right below the approach bridge of the viaduct bridge in front of Terminal T1. Therefore, four viaduct columns in lower part of the approach bridge need to be underpinned, and at the same time, the normal operation of viaduct should be ensured. This paper introduces several technologies including underpinning construction method for viaduct column under operational conditions, design and optimization of underpinning structure system, and deformation control technology for secondary underpinning construction process. The implementation effect of underpinning is also analyzed. The monitoring data show that the values of viaduct deformation and settlement are within the allowable range to ensure the structural safety of viaduct.
