摘要 柴油机零部件制造中高速切削加工的稳定性非常关键,针对传统切削参数制定方法难以满足高速切削加工要求,通过开展数控高效切削技术研究,形成了基于动力学仿真的数控高速切削参数获取方法;并在此基础上,建立了切削参数专业数据库。将该数据库数据应用到实际切削加工中,使柴油机高强度铝合金关键件的数控铣削效率得到大幅提高,同时能耗也大幅降低。 The stability of high speed cutting during the manufacturing of diesel components is very impor- tant. To deal with the problem that the traditional parameters setting method could not meet with the high speed cutting processing requirements, the research on high efficiency cutting technolo^3 has been carried out to tbrm the obtaining method of numerical control high speed cutting parameters based on dynamics sim- ulation, and finally the cutting parameters data base was established. The parameters from this data base were used in the cutting processing and substantially improved the numerical milling efficiency of high strength aluminum alloy key components, and reduced the energy consumption tremendously as well.
