2016年7月，我们应用游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣对1例拇指完全离断伴皮肤缺损患者进行修复，取得了较好的效果。

[ Summary] In July 2016, we used free superficial palmar branch of radial artery flap to repair one case of complete dissection of the thumb with skin defect, and achieved good result .
