中国现代化的意义、内涵和标准

党的"十九大"报告规划了在全面建成小康社会之后分两步走实现中国现代化的部署。现代化是一个国家或地区的社会经济发展规模和水平持续不断地从低向高迈进的过程。中国现代化任务的艰巨性与重要性是世界上无与伦比的;在现代化过程中缩小区域差距的任务格外引世人注目;中国特色社会主义现代化具有了承前启后、继往开来的历史感。党的"十九大"报告实际上提出了八个领域实现现代化的任务。我们要格外关注政治、军事、生态环境方面的现代化。为此,需要结合国际先进标准和中国国情特色推出中国现代化标准。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the CCP plans to realize the deployment of China＇s modernization in two steps after the comprehensive well-off society. Modernization is a process in which the scale and level of socioeconomic devel- opment of a country or region continue to move from lower level to higher level. The arduous and important task of China＇s modernization is unparalleled in the world; the task of narrowing the regional disparity in the process of modernization has attracted the attention of the world; the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics has a historical sense of conti- nuity and future. The report of the 19th National Congress of the CCP actually proposed the task of modernizing eight fields. We need to pay special attention to political, military and ecological environment modernization. To this end, we need to combine the international advanced standards and the characteristics of China＇s national conditions to launch China＇s modernization standards.
