冰雪旅游经济与城市旅游环境耦合协调度研究

冰雪旅游经济与城市旅游环境相互依赖、相互影响。本文运用熵权法和耦合法,研究哈尔滨市冰雪旅游经济与城市旅游环境的耦合程度。研究表明:哈尔滨作为"冰城",冰雪旅游经济与城市旅游环境之间的耦合程度逐年递增,从1999年的勉强耦合到2005年的初级耦合,再到2013年的中级耦合,最后到2015年达到良好耦合阶段。根据研究结论,提出相关建议:保护生态环境,建设生态文明;提升全民文化素质,提升城市形象;加大产业宣传力度,实现可持续发展。本文的研究,对提升齐齐哈尔市冰雪旅游产业发展、完善城市旅游环境有借鉴作用。

Ice and snow tourism economy and urban tourism environment are interdependent and interact with each other. In this paper, the entropy weight method and the couphng method are used to study the coupling degree of the ice and snow tourism economy and the urban tourism environment in Harbin. The results show that the coupling degree between ice tourism e- conomy and urban tourism environment is increasing year by year, from the barely coupling in 1999 to the primary cou- pling in 2005, to the intermediate coupling in 2013 and finally to a good coupling stage in 2015. Through coupling research, the following suggestions have been given including protecting ecological environment and constructing ecological civilization; improving the cultural quality of the whole people and the image of the city; strengthening industrial propaganda to realize sustainable development. The research is helpful to promote the development of the ice and snow tourism industry and perfect the urban tourism environment in Qiqihar City.
