摘要
目的:探讨贵阳地区老年人同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及神经肽Y(NPY)水平与轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的相关性。方法:选取362例贵阳市辖区常住老年(>60岁)体检或就诊者,其中158例MCI患者为病例组,204例非MCI患者作为对照组;收集受试者性别和年龄资料,并于体检当日或就诊次日取空腹静脉血检测血清Hcy、NPY、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平;采用二元Logistic回归法各分析各指标与MCI的相关性,采用交叉对比法分析各指标的交互作用。结果:病例组Hcy及NPY水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),二元Logistic回归分析结果显示Hcy、NPY、TC及LDL-C与老年MCI发病相关(P<0.05),交叉对比法分析发现Hcy分别与NPY、TC及LDL-C在老年MCI发病中具有交互作用(P<0.05)。结论:Hcy及NPY水平升高与贵阳地区老年MCI的发病具有相关性,老年MCI发病可能是多因素共同作用的结果。
Objective: To investigate the relevance of homocysteine (Hey), neuropeptide Y (NPY) and elderly mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in Guiyang. Methods: 158 elderly patients ( 〉60 years old) with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) were chosen as case group, 204 non-MCI patients without MCI as control group. Collecting general information of patients and fasting venous blood of all patients to test Hey, NPY, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Adopting Dual Logistic Regression assay to analyze relevance between these indexes and MCI; adopting Paired Comparison Method to analyze interaction effect among these indexes. Results: The Hey and NPY level in MCI group is obviously higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Dual Logistic Regression assay indicated that Hey, NPY, TC and LDL-C were relevant with elderly MCI development (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Paired Comparison Method indicated that Hey was interacted with NPY, TC and LDL-C respectively in elderly MCI development (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The increased level of plasma Hcy and NPY is relevant with elderly MCI in may be the result of multiple factors interaction. Guiyang. The pathogenesis of MCI development
