摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆中丙吡胺(DP)及其代谢物单异丙吡胺(MND)。两者的检测限均小于0.02μg,最低检测浓度0.1μg/ml;回收率分别为101.4%和98.6%;日内及日间变异系数均小于5%;临床上可能与 DP 同时服用的一些药物对本测定均无干扰。
A reversed phase HPLC determination of disopyramide(DP)and its metabolite(MND)in plasma is described.DP and MND were separatedcompletely each other and from other impurities with methanol-water-TEMED(48:52:0.5)as mobile phase and p-chlorodisopyramide(PCD)as an internalstandard.The recoveries of DP and MND from plasma samples were 101.4%and 98.6% respectively.Detectability was about 0.02μg.
