摘要
对首钢公司生产的13+3 mm厚Q345R/316L复合板进行单面焊接工艺研究。采用先焊不锈钢,然后过渡层,最后填充焊接碳钢的工艺,通过拉伸、冲击和硬度等试验方法评价该复合板焊接接头的性能。结果表明,该焊接工艺获得的焊接接头力学性能满足标准要求,且复层焊缝具有良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能。分析单面焊焊接接头焊缝区的化学成分变化,发现采用该焊接工艺,接头碳钢第一层焊缝受不锈钢焊缝熔入影响,硬度急剧升高,碳钢焊缝的硬度及成分焊接到第四层才能避免不锈钢焊缝的熔入影响。
In this paper, one-side welding procedure of Q345R/316L clad plate with 13+3 mm thickness produced in Shougang was studied. The welding sequence was a three-step process,including stainless steel layer welding,transition layer welding and carbon layer welding. The performance of wehted joint was analyzed by using tensile test,impact test,bending test and hardness test. The results show that the mechanical property and intergranular corrosion resistance meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards and demands of the users. In addition,the dilution effec, t of stainless steel layer welding on carbon layer welding in the weld zone of tile joint is studied. The fi^t carbon layer welding is suffered the impact of stainless steel,its hardness raises sharply,the hardness and chemical composition of the carbon layer welding are not affected until the fourth carbon layer welding.
