针刺配合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

目的:观察针刺配合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:130例随机分为对照组和治疗组各65例,对照组用常规西药治疗;治疗组用针刺及独活寄生汤治疗,8周后进行统计分析。结果:总有效率治疗组96.92%、对照组83.03%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效较好。

Objective： To observe acupuncture combined with DuhuoJisheng Decoction in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Method： 130 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the control group （ n=65 ） and the treatment group （ n=65 ） . The control group were given conventional therapy while the treatment group were given acupuncture combined with DuhuoJiesheng Decoction. After four weeks, the curative effect was analyzed. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.92% while that of the control group was 83.03%.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with DuhuoJisheng Decoction has good curative effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
