中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:40例随机分成两组各20例,两组均予西药治疗,实验组加用四逆散合左金丸加减治疗。结果:总有效率实验组90.0%、对照组60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组复发率15.0%、对照组复发率45.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Method： 40 patients with bile reflux gastritis were evenly divided into two groups in random. Both groups were treated with western medicine and the experimental group were treated with Sini Powder combined with modified Zuojin Pills. Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.0% while that of the control group was 60.0%. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 15.0% while that of the control group was 45.0%.The difference of recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has exact effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis, with low recurrence rate.
