中西药合用治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床观察

目的:观察中西药合用治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床效果。方法:140例随机分为西医组和中西医组各70例,两组均予以硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗,中西医组加用宣肺温肾汤治疗。结果:总有效率中西医组高于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后中西医组SAS评分低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床疗效较好,还能改善焦虑情况。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Method： 140 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases in western medicine group and 70 cases in combination of TCM and western medicine group. The patients in both groups were treated with lipoic acid combined with Cobalt amine and the combination of TCM and western medicine group were Xuanfei Wenshen Decoction in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the combination of TCM and western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group （ P〈0.05 ） . After the treatment, SAS scores were similar in patients with TCM and Western medicine （ P〉0.05 ） , The SAS score of the patients in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was lower than that before the treatment group （P〈0.05） .The SAS score of the patients was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Conventional Western medicine combined with Xuanfei Wenshen Decoction not only helps to improve the clinical efficacy of diabetic neurogenic bladder patients, but also improve the patient＇ s anxiety, which is worthy of reference.
