经脐单孔腹腔镜下小儿疝囊高位结扎术分析

Analysis of high ligation of hernia sac in children by laparoscopic single lumen

目的分析经脐单孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术的临床应用效果。方法将2015年10月～2016年10月在本院接受治疗的76例腹股沟斜疝患儿电脑随机分成A组和B组,38例/组。A组经脐单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术,B组行开放式疝囊高位结扎术。比较两组的围术期指标、术后并发症和疾病复发情况。结果 A组的手术用时为(31.25±4.68)min,切口长度为(1.26±0.38)cm,住院天数为(4.11±1.05)d,术后并发症发生率为2.63%,上述指标均较B组更令人满意(P<0.05),在治疗费用方面,A组(3546.25±514.58)元高于B组(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术在临床中具有较好的应用效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of high ligation of hernia sac in children by laparoscopic single lumen. Methods A total of 76 patients with inguinal hernia were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016, and were randomly divided into group A （ n=38 ） and group B （ n=38 ） by computers.The patients of Group A were given laparoscopic hernia sac at high ligation of the laryngeal lane, the patients of group B were given open type hernia sac ligation.The perioperative indicators, postoperative complications and disease recurrence of two groups were compared. Results The operative time was （ 31.25 ± 4.68 ） min, length of incision was （ 1.26 ± 0.38 ） cm, the length of hospital stay was （ 4.11 ± 1.05 ） days, the complication rate was 2.63% of group A, and the above indexes were better than those of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ） .The treatment cost was （ 3546.25 ± 514.58 ） yuan in group A and higher than that in group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusion The high ligation of hernia sac in children by laparoscopic single lumen has a good effect in clinical practice.
