综合护理在液氮冷冻治疗癣菌病中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of tinea mycosis by liquid nitrogen cryotherapy

目的探讨综合护理在液氮冷冻治疗癣菌病中的效果分析。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月我院收治浅部真菌感染患者100例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组均给予液氮冷冻治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规护理,观察组则给予综合护理。采用我院自制护理质量满意度调查表作为评价工具,观察两组癣菌病复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组癣菌病复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理质量总满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理应用在液氮冷冻治疗癣菌病中,可降低癣菌病复发率,提高患者对护理质量的满意评价,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of tinea pedis by liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Methods One hundred cases of superficial fungal infection in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the digital random table method,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,and the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.By using the self-made quality satisfaction questionnaire of our hospital as an evaluation tool,the recurrence and adverse reaction of two groups of tinea mycosis were observed. Results The recurrence rate of tinea mycosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of ringworm disease with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy can reduce the recurrence rate of ringworm disease and improve the patients＇ satisfaction with the quality of nursing,which is worthy of popularization and application.
