Objective To study the application value of perioperative foreseeable nursing for patients with eraniotomy. Methods One hundred and twenty eases of craniotomy in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into 60 cases in the study group and the control group according to the random number method. The study group was given foreseeable nursing, the control group was given routine nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After observing the nursing effect of the two groups, the fluctuation of heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and anxiety score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (t= -6.690,-22.129,-11.189,-14.237,P 〈 0.05),and the complication rate was 6.67%,which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (χ^2=4.851,P 〈 0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85%) (χ^2=8.179,P 〈 0.05).The time of hospitalization in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-8.474, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion During the perioperative period, the foreseeable nursing effect of craniotomy patients is significant, and the safety is high, the foreseeable nursing interventions can reduce the stress reaction before operation, shorten the time of treatment, improve the patient's satisfaction to nursing work, and maintain a good relationship between doctors and patients.
