延伸性护理对子宫内膜癌患者术后生活质量的影响

Effect of extended nursing care on postoperative quality of life in patients with endometrial carcinoma

目的观察子宫内膜癌患者术后接受延伸性护理干预对其效果。方法随机选取前来我院就诊的60例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,查阅患者的入院信息根据入院单双号将其分成两组,医护人员将传统常规护理干预和延伸性护理干预分别应用于参照组和研究组患者临床治疗,对比不同组别患者的负性情绪改善程度、术后生活质量。结果经过一段时间临床护理后,研究组患者的焦虑抑郁等负性情绪评分均明显低于参照组、各生活质量评分均明显高于参照组,研究组患者疗效及生活质量均更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者手术治疗后接受延伸性护理干预,患者的负性情绪能够有效改善,有利于提高患者自信心,改善其生活状态,从整体上提高患者术后生活质量,该护理方法应用价值明显。

Objective To observe the effect of extended nursing intervention on patients with endometrial carcinoma after operation. Methods Sixty cases of endometrial cancer were selected randomly as the subjects,and divided into two groups according to the admission number after consulting the patient＇s admission information.The traditional routine nursing intervention and the extended nursing intervention were applied to the clinical treatment of the patients in the reference group and the study group respectively.The improvement of negative emotion and the quality of life after operation were compared between the two groups. Results After a period of clinical nursing,the scores of negative emotion such as anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the scores of each quality of life were significantly higher than those in the reference group.The curative effect and quality of life of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with endometrial carcinoma received extended nursing intervention after operation,the negative emotion of patients can be effectively improved,which is conducive to improve the self-confidence of patients,improve their living conditions,improve the overall quality of life of patients after surgery.The application value of this nursing method is obvious.
