贝复济联合封闭式负压引流治疗外科难愈性伤口的疗效研究

Study on the curative effect of rb-b FGF combined with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of surgical refractory wounds

目的研究贝复济联合封闭式负压引流治疗外科难愈性伤口的疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2017年6月期间收治的外科难愈性伤口患者52例,随机分为对照组和试验组各26例,给予对照组患者常规封闭式负压引流治疗,给予试验组患者贝复济联合封闭式负压引流治疗。观察两组的治疗效果,并对其换药次数、治疗后VAS评分与住院时间等指标进行分析比较。结果试验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的换药次数为(10.25±2.14)次,明显比对照组的(14.96±4.37)次少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的伤口愈合时间与住院时间均明显比对照组缩短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的VAS评分为(3.74±1.25)分,明显比对照组的(5.33±1.41)分低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝复济联合封闭式负压引流治疗外科难愈性伤口能明显提升患者疗效,缩短患者的伤口愈合时间和住院时间,帮助减轻疼痛程度,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To study the efficacy of rb-bFGF combined with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of surgical refractory wounds. Methods From January 2014 to June 2017,52 patients with refractory surgical wound were randomly divided into two groups：control group and experimental group（n=26）.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional closed negative pressure drainage.The patients in the test group were treated with rb-bFGF combined with closed negative pressure drainage.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed,and the changes of dressing times,VAS scores and hospitalization time were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the trial group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The times of dressing change in the test group were （10.25 ± 2.14）times,which were significantly lower than that in the control group（14.96 ± 4.37）times,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The VAS score of the experimental group after treatment was （3.74 ± 1.25）,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （5.33 ± 1.41）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rb-bFGF combined with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of surgical refractory wounds can significantly improve the efficacy of patients,shorten the wound healing time and hospital stay,help to alleviate the degree of pain,has a higher clinical value.
