摘要
采用辉光质谱法直接测定高纯铱及铱合金中16种痕量杂质元素含量,通过优化实验确定仪器工作参数,对谱线干扰问题进行了分析,选择丰度高干扰少的同位素,采用实验方法对2个试验样品进行分析,结果表明,测定值与参考值符合性较好,方法的准确度和精密度都满足要求。
16 trace impurities elements in high-purity Iridium and Iridium alloys were directly determined by glow discharge mass spectrometer. The instrumental parameters were obtained through optimizing experiment. The spectral interference problem was analyzed. The isotope of high abundance and less disturbance was chosen. The experiment method was used to analyze 2 samples. The results showed that the measured value coincided with reference value , and the accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements satisfactory.
