摘要
依据波特假说和资源基础理论，研究环境规制、资源管理对企业绩效的影响。通过对重污染企业进行问卷调查获取数据，运用结构方程模型实证检验了三者之间的关系。研究结果表明：环境规制对资源管理有显著的正向影响，资源管理对企业绩效也有显著的正向影响。在严格的环境规制约束下，积极提高企业资源管理能力，能够抵消环境规制给企业绩效带来的不利影响，最终使得企业绩效并没有下降反而有所上升。
This paper studies the impact of environmental regulation and resource management on the performance of enterprise based on the theory of Porter hypothesis and resource based-view, and reveals the internal relationship by using the structural model. The results of the structural model are that environmental regulation has significant impact on resource management, and the resource management also has significant impact on the performance of enterprise. When enterprises are faced with strict environmental regulation, they can offset the adverse effect of environmental regulation on the performance of enterprise by actively improving their capabilities of management on resource.
