能源产业投资依赖性与西部地区经济增长关系研究——基于空间面板杜宾模型的实证分析

A Study on the Relationship between the Energy Industry Investment and the Economic Growth in Western China: An Empirical Study Based on Spatial Durbin Model

基于2003-2014年我国西部12省份面板数据，利用空间杜宾计量模型，探究我国能源产业投资依赖性与西部地区经济增长之间的关系。计量结果显示：经济增长在我国西部地区空间分布呈现出显著集聚特征。研究时段内，能源产业投资依赖性、人力资本积累、科技研发投入、经济对外开放程度与西部地区经济增长存在显著正相关关系；固定资本投入与经济增长之间不存在显著的统计相关性。结果表明：目前，我国西部地区经济增长结构良好，整体层面，经济增长对能源产业投资存在一定的依赖性，但引入虚拟变量交互项结果显示，2008年后，西部地区经济增长对能源产业投资的依赖性显著减弱。西部地区应全面推进供给侧结构性改革，优化经济增长结构，从而实现可持续发展目标。

Based on the panel data of 12 provinces in the west of China from 2003 to 2014, using the spatial econometric model, this research explores the relationship between China＇s energy industry investment and the economic growth in the western region. The results show that the character of economic growth in the western region is spatial agglomeration. During the study period, there is significant positive correlation between economic growth and energy industry investment, the accumulation of human capital, R＆D investment, the degree of economic openness in the western region. And there is no significant relationship between fixed capital investment and economic growth. Since 2008, the government should comprehensively promote the structural reform of supply side, optimize the structure of economic growth, and finally achieve the goal of sustainable development in the western region.
