摘要
城市是一个复杂的、多层次和多回路的复杂生态系统。城市生态空间系统内部各子系统相互作用、相互影响而形成不同反馈回路,将其作为研究对象,从系统动力学的角度出发,利用彼得·圣吉的系统基模理论,系统思考城市生态空间管控存在的问题。通过构建两个系统子基模,即城市发展成长上限基模和城市生态空间管控效率舍本逐末基模,对以上基模所对应的杠杆解,即划定生态保护红线、多规融合和改造提升中心城区功能等政策予以分析,并结合案例论证政策实施的必要性与可行性,为城市生态空间管控对策的提出提供系统性分析的思路,实现城市协调、健康和可持续发展。
The city is a complex ecosystem full of multi-levels and loops, and the subsystems of urban ecological space affect each other to form different feedback loops. From the point of view of system dynamic, this paper uses Peter Senge's system archetype theory to analyze the existing problems in urban ecological space management through building urban development limits to growth archetype and urban ecological space management efficiency shifting the burden archetype, after identifying the corresponding leverages which contain policies of defining ecological protection redline, multiplying plan integration and upgrading central city's function. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility with cases, providing a systemic approach to solve urban ecological space management problems, which could help the city develop coordinately, healthily and sustainably.
