摘要
病毒是一种本身不能独立生活只能寄生在活细胞内进行生长繁殖的非细胞形态的微生物。人类传染病的致病根源绝大部分是由病毒引起的,严重困扰着人类健康,目前病毒性疾病的解决方式主要有2种:注射疫苗和药物治疗。疫苗研制的不足体现在研制周期长,无法快速、大量生产等方面,因此化学药物成为了主要的治疗手段,但也存在着口服生物利用度低、耐药性和不良反应越来越多等问题。本文综述了如何利用新型制剂技术提高药物生物利用度和开发新靶点化合物来克服抗病毒药物的耐药性难题,从而更有效地对抗病毒性疾病。
Virus is a non-cell microorganism that infectious diseases are caused by virus, which seriously harm cannot live independently without host cells. Most human health. There are two main ways to solve this problem: vaccine injection and drug therapy. Vaccine research often takes too much time so that chemical drugs become the main therapeutic tool. However, they also have the problems of low bioavailability, resistance and more adverse reactions. This article summarizes how to use new pharmaceutical preparation technologies to improve bioavailability and develop compounds with new targets to conquer the resistance thus to treat viral diseases more effectively.
