Adverse reaction of adenosine cyclophosphate in nervous system after pacemaker implantation

目的:了解环磷腺苷在特殊人群用药过程中出现的不良反应。方法:报道1例心脏起搏器置入术后患者静脉滴注环磷腺苷后出现肢体麻木、意识模糊,并讨论分析其可能的原因。结果:根据Naranjo不良反应评分推断,患者此不良反应很可能是由环磷腺苷引起。结论:环磷腺苷对心脏起搏器置入术后患者可能会引起严重的神经系统不良反应,应用时需谨慎。

Objective：To investigate the adverse reactions of adenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of special populations. Methods： A case of limb numbness and confusion after intravenous infusion of adenosine cyclophosphate,who accepted cardiac pacemaker implantation before,were reported. Results： According to the score of the adverse reaction of Naranjo, the adverse reactions of the patient may be caused by adenosine cyclophosphate, and possible reasons were analyzed. Conclusion： Adenosine cyclophosphate may cause severe adverse reactions onnevous system in patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation, so it should be used with reservation.
