摘要
为了提升冶金企业铁路运输铁水过程中的装载量控制精度,确保铁路运输过程的安全,在概述铁路采用罐方式运输铁水现状的基础上,阐述目前我国常用的轨道衡称重、雷达测量液面、罐体称重、加装耐高温摄像机等铁水装载量控制方法及优缺点。结合攀钢钒公司铁水装载量控制现状,提出攀钢钒公司采用雷达测量液面的控制方法,探讨该方法对铁路运输铁水装载量的控制过程,并分析其使用效果,为冶金企业选用铁路运输铁水装载量控制方法提供参考。
Precision load control helps metallurgical enterprises maintain the safety of molten iron transport. With an outline of the current ladle transport practices, this paper elaborates the strengths and weaknesses of the approaches China has taken, including using rail weighbridges, applying radar level transmitters, weighing the ladles, and installing heat-resistant cameras. Considering the load control techniques at PSV, the author proposes using radar level transmitters, and discusses the procedures and effects of this practice. Findings of this paper are expected to serve as reference points for the load control of molten iron transport.
