随着铁路集装箱运量和保有量的大幅增长,铁路集装箱维修总量随之增加,维修管理任务更加艰巨。为保证铁路集装箱在运输过程中的安全性和可靠性,概述铁路集装箱维修管理现状,结合铁路集装箱维修业务开展的区域化分布特点,阐述铁路集装箱的破损类型及原因,分析新形势下铁路集装箱维修管理所面临的挑战,提出深入推进箱修点标准化建设、实现箱修现场常态化管理、充分发挥信息系统作用、优化调整箱修点布局、加强箱管箱修统计分析、提高箱修管理人员业务素质等优化措施,以提升铁路集装箱维修管理水平,为铁路集装箱运输发展提供可靠保证。

The maintenance and repair of containers become an arduous task along with the substantial rise in the volumes of railway freight and containers. With an overview of the present situation, this paper elaborates on the different types of damage to containers and the causes behind. Taking the regional distribution of the maintenance service into consideration, the author analyzes the challenges faced by the repair engineers under the new circumstances, and proposes measures to maintain the safety and reliability of containers during their transportation. These measures include standardizing the service of maintenance stations, managing on-site container repair on a regular basis, implementing the latest information systems, optimizing the accessibility of maintenance stations, improving the statistical analysis of maintenance data, and strengthening the training of managers. It is expected that these proposals will contribute to the future development of the container transport service.
