摘要
患者女,43岁。项部肿物10年,偶有豆腐渣样物质流出,渐增大。皮肤科情况:项部可见一约2.5cm×1.0cm的界限清楚的暗红色肿物,局部上覆痂皮,表面散在白色内容物,质硬。经组织病理检查诊断为穿通性毛母质瘤。
A 43-year-old female presented with a gradually growing tumor on her napex for ten years.Occasionally something like tofukasu flowed from the tumor.Physical examination showed a firm,dark red tumor with sharp borders in size of 2.5cm1.0cm on her napex.The white content and crust could be seen on the surface.It was diagnosed as a perforating pilomatricoma.
