毛囊闭锁三联征合并鳞状细胞癌1例

A Case of Follicular Occlusion Triad Complicated with Squamous Cell Carcinoma

患者男,31岁,全身反复结节囊肿10余年,加重1年。皮肤科情况:头面颈部、胸前、腋下、臀部散在红色、暗红色大小不等丘疹、结节、囊肿、瘢痕,部分融合、破溃,见黄色、暗红色分泌物,肛门左侧见一直径约2.5cm的火山口样圆形溃疡。溃疡组织病理示:皮下见癌细胞呈多角形,可见角化珠形成,核仁显著,可见核分裂象,中分化鳞状细胞癌。诊断为毛囊闭锁三联征合并鳞状细胞癌。

A 31-year-old male presented with nodules and cysts more than 10 years, and the condition aggravated for 1 year.Clinical examination showed multiple red or dark red papules,nodules,cysts and scars on head,neck,chest,armpit and buttocks,part of which fused and ruptured with yellow or dark red secretions.A volcano-like round ulcer which was about 2.5cm in diameter appeared on left side of the anus.Histopathology of the ulcer showed that subcutaneous cancer cells were polygonal with visible keratinized beads,significant nucleolus and visible mitotic,and moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.The diagnosis was follicular occlusion triad complicated with squamous cell carcinoma.
