通过对比大宁调蓄水库暴雨前后安全监测结果,分析北京市2016年"7·20"特大暴雨对大宁调蓄水库防洪和水工建筑物的影响,发现水库存在安全风险,在强降水过程中可能威胁水库运行安全。针对水库主要风险点存在的问题,提出建设人工潜流湿地,完善河道污水管网建设,完善西堤排水管网建设,暴雨期间加强巡视、加密观测等措施建议,以确保暴雨期间水库运行安全,为消除水库运行风险、提升北京城市供水安全保障率提供有益的借鉴。

Through the comparison of Daning storage reservoir safety monitoring results before and after the storm, the article analyzed the influence of ＂7.20＂extraordinary rainstorm on Daning reservoir flood control and water construction buildings and found that the reservoir is a security risk that is possible threat to the safe operation of the reservoir during the strong precipitation process. According to the existing main risk problems of the reservoir, it puts forward the construction of artificial wetland, improve and perfect riverside sewage pipe network construction, improve the constructionof drainage pipe network in West embankment, strengthen the inspection, observation and other measures during the rainstorm to ensure the safety of the reservoir operation. It provides a useful reference for eliminating the risk of reservoir operation and improving the safety guarantee rate of water supply in Beijing city.
