摘要
露顶式弧形闸门作为重要的挡水设备安装于过水孔口处,由于弧形闸门面板上的水压力全部经支臂传递,支臂的设计尤为重要,但在工程实际中,设计人员对支臂自振特性的关注较少。通过大型有限元分析软件AN SYS对露顶式弧形闸门进行模拟,分析其支臂间支承结构对支臂自振特性的影响,结果认为:合理布置支臂间支承结构对支臂发生共振的频率范围、共振的概率、共振的振幅及共振的方向均有积极作用。
As an important water retaining device, the open-top arc gate is installed at the water hole. The design of the supporting arm is particularly important because the water pressure on the face of the arc gate is all transmitted through the supporting arm, but it is especially important in engineering practice. Designers pay less attention to the natural vibration characteristics of the supporting arm. The simulation of the open-top arc gate is carried out by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the influence of the supporting structure between the arms on the self-vibration characteristics of the arm. The results show that the reasonable arrangement of the supporting structure between the arms plays a positive role in the frequency range of resonance, the probability of resonance, the amplitude and the direction of resonance.
