摘要
桩腿耦合缓冲器(LMU)是一种新型的用于桩腿对接的缓冲装置,主要用于浮托安装过程中缓冲组块与平台基础结构之间的垂直与水平碰撞,减少组块与平台基础结构对强度的要求。LMU依赖国外专业公司提供设计及关键弹性复合材料部件,为打破国外技术垄断及封锁,LMU国产化很重要。文章介绍了对LMU进行专项研发后将研究成果在文昌9-2/9-3 CEP组块浮托安装项目中示范应用,并且进行了整体压缩性能试验和海上测试试验,对其关键钢结构部位进行了应力应变监测,确保LMU结构的完整性,为后续LMU结构设计提供指导。
The Leg Mating Units (LMU) is a new type of buffer for docking of the pile. It is mainly used for vertical and horizontal collision between the buffer block and the platform structure during the float installation to re- duce the strength of the infrastructure requirements.
