摘要
文章以平台建造和修理质量管理文件为基础,并根据"海洋石油981"特检要求,制定出"海洋石油981"单船的质量策划文件。通过对半潜式钻井平台维修的质量策划探索、实践和总结,针对不同项目提出质量策划优化和改进方向,进而完善公司平台修理质量策划制度,提升质量管理效率,为优化钻井平台建造和修理质量管理体系起到促进作用。
