摘要 作为智能配电网的发展方向,主动配电网集成了丰富的可控资源,主动配电网优化调度应统筹协调、综合利用各种资源,以促进网络优化运行和绿色能源消纳。本文提出了一种"源-网-荷"相协调的主动配电网经济调度方法。以分布式电源、储能、灵活网络拓扑、柔性负荷削减与平移为调度的控制手段,计及购电成本、损耗成本、需求侧管理成本,建立了以配电网运行成本最低为目标的经济调度模型。应用改进和声搜索算法进行模型的求解。最后,通过算例分析验证了所提调度方法的正确性和有效性。 As the development direction of smart distribution network, active distribution network (ADN) integrates abundant controllable resources, which should be coordinated and comprehensively utilized through optimal scheduling to promote the optimization of network operation and the accommodation of green energy. In this paper, an economic scheduling method for ADN is proposed considering the coordination of resources, network and loads. The control means include distributed generation, energy storage system, flexible network topology, and flexible load shedding/shifting. Considering the electricity purchase cost, loss cost and demand side management cost, an economic scheduling model is established to minimize the operation cost of distribution network, which is solved by improved harmony search(IHS) algorithm. Finally, the correctness and validity of the proposed scheduling method is verified by an example.
