摘要
本文结合印尼某镍铁冶炼厂自备电厂的方案设计过程,分析了冶金电厂系统孤网运行时继电保护和安全稳定控制需注意的问题,主要涉及孤网电厂负荷特性、风险分析、控制措施、机网协调系统等方面。通过采取完善的继电保护和控制方案,最终满足生产工艺要求,保证孤网系统安全稳定的运行。
Combined with the design process for a nickel-iron smelter-owned power plant in Indonesia, the relay protection and safety-stability control issues needed attention when the smelter-owned plant is on normal operations are analyzed, mainly including electrical load characteristics, risk analysis, control strategy, units-grids coordination etc. With perfect strategy, the grid will meet the requirements and be safe and stable.
