摘要
文中通过对不同水灰比、不同养护温度及龄期、不同MgO掺量的水泥砂浆进行抗压强度试验,并辅以SEM,XRD和MIP微观分析,研究了养护温度对氧化镁水泥砂浆的抗压强度的影响。结果表明:提高养护温度可以提高MgO水泥砂浆的力学性能,但养护温度不宜超过50℃,养护温度超过50℃反而会降低MgO的力学性能;MgO的掺入可以优化浆体内部孔隙结构,减少有害孔,降低孔隙率,但最优掺量与养护温度密切相关,养护温度越高对应的最优MgO含量越小。
Through the compressive strength test of cement mortar with different water cement ratio, different curing temperature and age and different MgO mixing amount, and assisted by the SEM, XRD and MIP microanalysis, the paper studies the influence of curing temperature on compressive strength of magnesia cement mortar.The results show that the increase of curing temperature could increase the mechanical property of magnesia cement mortar, but the temperature should not exceed 50℃, when the temperature exceed 50℃ may decrease the mechanical property of MgO, the mixing of MgO could optimize the internal pore structure of the mortar, reduce the harmful pore and decrease the porosity, while the optimal amount of MgO is closely related to the curing temperature,the higher the curing temperature, the lower the optimal MgO content.
