Expression of the La and La-Related Proteins in Hepatocellular Carci- noma Cells and Its Implications

目的研究La以及La相关蛋白（La—relatedprotein，LARPs）在正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞中的表达水平。方法采用RT—PCR技术检0n,0La、LARPl、LARPlB、LARP4B在人正常肝细胞和5株肝癌细胞系中的表达情况。结果与正常肝细胞相比，La以及La相关蛋白基因在肝癌细胞中的表达普遍明显高于正常肝细胞，差别具有统计学意义。其中La蛋白基因在HepG2．2．15细胞中表达最高。结论如以及LARPs基因在多株肝癌细胞中过度表达，La蛋白或可成为HBV阳性肝癌早期诊断、预防的新标记物和治疗的新靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression level of La and La-related proteins in hep- atocellular carcinoma cells. Methods La, LARP1, LARP1B, LARP4B mRNA expression were ex- amined in five hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines and human hepatocyte Lo2. Results The expres- sion level of La and LARPs were higher in most of HCC cell lines tested than one healthy human hepatocyte cell line and the difference was statistically significant. La has the highest expression in HepG2.2. 15 cell line. Conclusion La and La-related proteins were highly expressed in five HCC cell lines we examined. La may serve as new therapeutic targets for hepatocellular carcinoma treatment and new markers for the prevention and early diagnosis of HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma.
