摘要
目的鉴定人巨细胞病毒蛋白PUL23与干扰素诱导蛋白NMI相互作用。方法以PUL23为诱饵蛋白筛选获得干扰素(interferon,IFN)诱导蛋白NMI,经体外回复酵母双杂交实验、GST—Pulldown和免疫共沉淀技术再次确认PUL23和NMI(N—Mycinteractor)的胞内相互作用。结果回复酵母双杂交实验、GST—Pulldown和免疫共沉淀确认PUL23和NMI具有相互作用。结论PUL23和NMI的相互作用为HCMV参与宿主免疫逃逸过程研究奠定基础。
Objective To Identification of the interaction between human cytomegalovirus and interferon induced protein. Methods The was as the bait protein to get the interferon (IFN) in- duced protein. Conclusion The interaction between and lays the foundation for the study of HCMV involved in host immune escape.
