综合护理对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Life-quality in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的探究综合护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年7月~2017年2月于我院行腹腔镜手术的阑尾炎患者88例,根据入院时间分为对照组44例和实验组44例。对照组在术后给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预。观察两组患者术后康复及生活质量。结果对照组术后肛门通气时间、排便时间、住院时间及不良反应率均高于实验组,生活质量评分低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在行腹腔镜阑尾切除术后,可有效加速患者康复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation and life-quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods： Totally, 88 patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the objects of study. They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 44 patients in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing, while patients in test group were comprehensive nursing intervention. The postoperative rehabilitation and life-quality were compared between the two groups.Results： The time of anal, exhaust, and hospitalization, the rate of adverse reactions, the score of life-quality in test group were significant better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions： Comprehensive nursing intervention can accelerate the recovery rate, and improve the life quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.
