复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗脂溢性角化症激光术后创面的效果观察

Efficacy of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment in the Wound Healing of Seborrheic Keratosis after Pulsed CO_2 Laser Therapy

目的:观察复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗脂溢性角化症激光术后创面的疗效。方法:选取2015年9月-2016年3月在笔者所在科室门诊就诊的面部脂溢性角化症患者120例,随机分为两组,治疗组62例,超脉冲CO_2激光术后创面外用复方多粘菌素B软膏,每日2次;对照组58例,术后外用红霉素软膏,每日2次,疗程均为1周,分别于术后第4天和第7天观察疗效及症状体征积分。结果:治疗组治疗后第4天和第7天症状体征积分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后第4天和第7天时治疗有效率分别为90.32%和93.55%,优于对照组的58.62%和62.07%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:复方多粘菌素B软膏用于脂溢性角化症激光术后创面的疗效肯定、安全。

Objective： To observe the effect of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment in the wound healing of seborrheie keratosis after pulsed CO2 laser therapy.Method： From December 2015 to March 2016, 120 patients of seborrheic keratosis treated in our department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group, 62 cases were treated with Compound Polymyxin B Ointment twice a day after pulsed CO2 laser therapy, and 58 cases in the control group were treated with erythromyein ointment twice a day after pulsed CO2 laser therapy.The course of treatment was one week for both groups.The efficacy and symptom and sign score were evaluated on the 4th day and the 7th day after pulsed CO2 laser therapy.Result： Symptom and sign score on the 4th and 7th day after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant differences（P〈0.05）.The effective ratio on the 4th day and the 7th day in the treatment group were 90.32% and 93.55%, which were higher than those in the control group（58.62% and 62.07%）, there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions were seen in both groups.Conclusion： Compound Polymyxin B Ointment is effective and safe in the wound healing of sebon＇heie keratosis after pulsed CO2 laser therapy.
