经阴道三维超声测定子宫内膜容积对异位妊娠的预测价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经阴道三维超声测定子宫内膜容积对异位妊娠的预测价值。方法:应用经阴道三维超声对120例疑似异位妊娠患者,进行子宫内膜容积的检测。根据子宫内膜容积将患者分为三组(<2 ml、2~4 ml、>4 ml),比较各组的妊娠结局。根据正常妊娠与异位妊娠分为两组,比较两组的子宫内膜容积。结果:120例患者中,临床妊娠97例。子宫内膜容积<2 ml组、2~4 ml组、>4 ml组的妊娠结局比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常妊娠组和异位妊娠组子宫内膜容积比较,差异无统计学意义(ROC曲线下面积=0.539)。子宫内膜容积与异位妊娠有相关性,但非完全线性相关(rs=0.724 8)。结论:子宫内膜容积不能完全预测异位妊娠,但对于临床判断是否为异位妊娠具有一定的指导意义。 Objective: To investigate the predictive value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the determination of endometrial volume in ectopie pregnancy.Method: The volume of endometrium was measured in 120 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound.According to endometfial volume, the patients were divided into three groups(〈2 ml, 2-4 ml, 〉4 ml), and the pregnancy outcomes were compared. According to normal pregnancy and ectopie pregnancy, the patients were divided into two groups, and endometrial volume were compared.Result: There were 97 cases of clinical pregnancy among the 120 patients.Compared the pregnancy outcomes between the endometrial volume 〈2 ml group, 2~4 ml group and 〉4 ml group, there was no significant differenee(P〉O.O5).There was no significant difference in endometrial volume between normal pregnancy and eetopie pregnancy(areas under the ROC curve=O.539).Endometrial volume was associated with ectopic pregnancy, but not entirely linear(rs=0.724 8).Conclusion: The volume of endomctrium can not predict the ectopic pregnancy, but it has some guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy
