护理安全文化教育课程设置及应用

The setting and application of nursing safety culture and education course

目的探讨护理安全文化教育课程的设置及应用,以期提高护理人员安全意识。方法结合国内外相关文献资料和网络信息资源,通过德尔菲专家咨询法确定护理安全文化课程内容框架,参照美国护理人员质量安全教育(QSEN)的护理安全培训内容,设置护理安全文化教育课程,并进行实施。结果实验组培训后较培训前对不良事件报告的认识升高幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);培训后和实习6个月时,实验组安全态度评分显著升高(P<0.05),且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统的护理安全文化教育课程可以提高护生对不良事件报告的认识及安全态度。

Objective To explore the setting and application of nursing safety culture education course, to improve the safety consciousness of nursing staff. Methods Combining the related literature and network information resources at home and abroad, the framework of the course content of nursing safety culture was determined by the Delphy expert consultation method. According to the content of nursing safety education （QSEN） of American nursing staff, the course of nursing safety culture and education was set up and carried out. Results The ascending range of the awareness of adverse event reports in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group before and after training （P 〈 0.05）; After 6 months of training and practice, the safety attitude score of the experimental group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）, and which was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conchlsion The systematic nursing safety culture education course can improve the understanding and safety attitude of the nursing Students on the report of adverse events.
