加味越鞠汤口服对糖尿病前期患者血糖、血脂及肥胖指标的影响

Influence of Jiawei Yueju decoction on blood glucose,blood lipid and obesity index in patients with prediabetes

目的探讨加味越鞠汤口服对糖尿病前期患者血糖、血脂及肥胖指标的影响情况。方法选择本院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的86例气滞痰阻证糖尿病前期患者进行研究,将其随机分为实验组和对照组每组43例,两组均接受饮食、生活、日常锻炼等糖尿病基础干预治疗,实验组在此基础上接受加味越鞠汤口服治疗,治疗3个月后,对两组患者的血糖指标、血脂指标以及肥胖指标进行比较。结果经过治疗,实验组FBG、2h PG以及Hb A1C较对照组下降更加明显(P<0.05);LDL-C、TG、TC改善程度较对照组更加明显(P<0.05);BMI、WC以及WHR下降程度均较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。结论加味越鞠汤能够显著降低糖尿病前期患者血糖水平,改善血脂水平以及肥胖状况,适合在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the influence of Jiawei Yueju Decoction on blood glucose, blood lipid and obesity index in patients with prediabete. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, Eighty-six prediabetes patients with qi stagnation and sputum obstruction in our hospital were selected, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 43 cases in each group. The patients of two groups were treated with basic diabetes intervention, such as diet, life and daily exercise. The patients of experimental group were treated with Jiawei Yueju Decoction on this basis. After 3 months of treatment, the blood glucose index, blood lipid index and obesity index of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the FBG, 2hPG and HhA1C in the experimental group decreased more significantly than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）, the improvement degree of LDL-C, TG and TC were more obvious than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）, the degree of BMI, WC and WHR decreased more significantly than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jiawei Yueju Decoction can significantly reduce blood glucose levels in patients with prediahetes, improve blood lipid levels and obesity, and it is suitable for clinical application.
